That children’s toy "Eyeclops" is getting really popular, but I think it only offers limited vision out of one eye.

The answer is ‘YES’ but this is a situation where you really get what you pay for. If you actually want something that really works you will have to pay. How much you pay depends on application…
EDIT: A weapons scope will run you in the $2-3000.00 range…

There are 3 generations and only third gen really works. "Owl Eye" is one brand -the russians made a bunch of them for sale here in the usa but some models had a wierd battery.
Edit: live inner city do we? Or just hungery. Check local regulations bout firearms -night vision and walking round – We here in Az. can’t carry a pistol in the desert without a hunting licence. We can carry in town, but not the desert- go figure.
