Is it legal to attatch a night vision scope to my telescope and which model allows this, where to get one?
I dont know! I know it's not illegal to own the stuff I just assume there is some law somewhere that a person can get in trouble for having it..?
There's an outfit that makes an image intensifier for use on astronomical telescopes.
It's not cheap, but for some objects it will make your scope seem like it's much larger. The drawbacks are resolution is reduced, and everything will look green.
Here's a link to their web site:

If you'd like to do your own, the cost effective way is to look for models that will allow you to replace the lens that comes with the device with a camera lens.
Typically, these will take an "M42/universal/pentax screw mount" lens, though some might take a "C mount" lens. Then get an adapter for using your telescope as a camera lens.
But other than the collins system I mentioned above, I don't know of any night vision scopes that allow you to replace the built in eyepiece, so you'd probably be stuck with just one magnification.
