To be honest i dont know. Propably only the special forces have it at the moment.
But Texplorer has won a contract for supplying clothes to the enhanced version of the german future soldier system IDZ-ES. It could be that Ghost belongs to that order.
They also gained a contract with the u.s armed forces for supplying chemical and biological protective underwear for the ACU (Advanced Combat Uniform) and a mobile camouflage system for the M2/A2 Bradley IFV.

With a thermal …
With a thermal imaging device you can see all heat sources, through barriers and ALL forms of insulation. You can’t block it. That’s not thermal, it’s IR.
That’s just IR, just like UV it can detect what reflects off of the surface you’re looking at. It’s not body heat, it’s just the difference of light reflection against different materials while viewed through a different light spectrum.
Yes the suit is subdued to reduce IR detection and the all black or OD version is best at night.
ye that camera is a …
ye that camera is a thermal imaging camera and that suit stops heat condocting through it which is why you can’t see him very well.

Nightvision doesn’t …
Nightvision doesn’t detect heat. If it did nothing would be able to bypass it, you can’t hide body heat. You’re thinking of thermal vision.
Nightvision has infrared or ultraviolet filter which doesn’t pick up body heat.
Normally when using nightvision whatever light will reflect off of sticks out. Lighter colors of camoflauge and exposed skin are highly reflective surfaces.
