HEEEEELLLPPP!!! could someone please tell me how to make one, I really need it, Please help me I already tried to search it on the net but the methods are so darn complicated, Please give me the methods

yeah they r complicated u r right

i mean cheap ones thts available for $13 in amazon , how much range u get by them ,

You have got to be kidding. $13 will not buy crap. You do not really buy night vision binos for range. You buy them to see in the dark. Most come in 2.5x and run about $200. Those ARE the cheap ones.
