can somebody tell me how can i prepare a night vision scope in home.what materials will be needed & how it will be prepared?on what principle does night vision binocular works?

night vision devices have components which detect body heat. They sense infrared light. So you would infrared detectors. And lens/mirrors in the infrared region.

Why do you think it would not be permitted? Have you looked on http://www.tsa.gov ?
